Thank you for supporting Glorious Grounds. We are committed to getting your coffee to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:  
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days  

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey.

Shipping Locations  
Currently, Glorious Grounds ships within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Incorrect Addresses  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Glorious Grounds is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages  
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at stuart.vaughn79@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
